  • Jager Robbins, of Avoca, has been awarded a $1,000-per-year Educational Foundation Academic Distinction scholarship to attend Alfred State. Robbins is slated to graduate in 2015 from Haverling High School and intends to enroll in the drafting/CAD: model building and process piping drawing program.     Terry VanDelinder, of Avoca, has been named the Arc of Steuben‘s Associate of the Month for December. VanDelinder, the Arc of Steuben‘s information technology manager, was nominated because of his professionalism and dedication to the mission, vision and values of the Arc of Steuben. VanDelinder has led changes to the agency‘s technology systems, including replacing outdated computers, launching an internal information system site and setting up the new Hornell Field Office.
